Optimalisasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Reproduksi Lansia di Posyandu Kemuning untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Lansia di Wilayah Puskesmas Kayon

This community service aims to optimize reproductive health services for the elderly at Kemuning Posyandu, located in the Kayon Health Center area, in order to improve the well-being of the elderly in the region. Based on the data, there are 67 elderly individuals registered at Kemuning Posyandu, but their participation in reproductive health checks remains relatively low. This community service activity uses an educational method through reproductive health counseling, routine health check-ups, and direct assistance to the elderly to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health in old age. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the participation rate of the elderly in the posyandu, followed by an increase in knowledge about reproductive health. Additionally, the elderly also demonstrated a more active attitude in maintaining their health independently. It is hoped that this community service can serve as a model for optimizing reproductive health services for the elderly in other posyandus and provide a positive impact on the physical and psychosocial well-being of the elderly in the Kayon Health Center area
